Product Description

They combine very high wear resistant qualities of a high white iron plate(ASTM A532 15/3CrMo, 700BHN-63HRC) with a weldable & high impact toughness mild steel plate through vacuum brazing to create a product that is exceptionally resistant to impact and abrasion while retaining.

 

For different work conditions, we can control the thickness of the layer to reach the overall performance requirements, thus, at the same time, satisfy the abrasion-resisting demand and structural requirement of the wear-resistant parts, then to realize the efficient use of the scarce resources. Most usual thickness ranges from 15mm to 90mm.

(6mm white iron + 6mm mild steel base)

Maximum dimension without splice L x W: 900x600mm
Washers, Nuts, Studs, Threads, Holes are available.

 

Material: Chrome white iron wear casting vacuum brazed onto mild steel base.

The smallest thickness for wear material we can make is 6mm.

 

Advantage:

1. Hardness: 63HRC/700BHN. The usage life is at least 2 times higher compared with overlay/hardfacing wear plates, at least 7 times longer than A.R type steels 360/400BHN. The thicker ones such as 20mm above wear, the usage life is much more longer. The wear resistance performance is the same from wear surface to the welding face.

2. Wear surface is very smooth and flat, media is not easy to stick on.

3. It can make with different shapes and sizes.

4. Better cost-efficient. Unit price is about USD5.0~USD7.5 per kilogram.

 

Suitable for use in chutes, hoppers, bins, liners, impact walls, rock boxes and a variety of other applications.  

Very easy to use, no pre or post heating when welding.

This Bi-metallic wear resistant product, as a combination of high Chromium cast iron (ASTM A532 15/3CrMo, 700BHN - 63HRc) metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate, obtains both very high abrasion resistance and weldability.
