Laminated White Iron Wear Blocks combined very high wear resistant qualities of a high chrome cast iron (15/3CrMo, 700 BHN - 63 HRc) with a weldable & high impact toughness mild steel by Vacuum brazing furnace, which are exceptionally resistant to impact and abrasion while retaining.
High chromium wear-resistant casting wear parts is vacuum brazed by a highly alloyed chromium white iron and mild steel backing plate.The hardness of this kind of wear part reaches HB700. The mild steel backing plate has very good welding performance while bearing high impact. The shear strenth of the bonding is over 200PMa and will not separate.
This product is very easy to use.
It's easy to be cut and welded on curved surface without pre-heat or after heat treatment.
It's easy to be transported as it's very small.
It's an ideal samll area repairing wear part without too much welding time.

Comparing with normal High manganese steel wear resistant casting wear parts, this product's service life is 4-8 times longer.
